Become able to focus less on how things have been and more on how you want them to be now and in the future for you and your children. Sharon Juliahna Grace Westman, Facilitator |

Parents Forever provides information suitable for partners or spouses contemplating or in the midst of a transition from sharing a life to living apart. Consider attending the series as early as possible in your deliberations, as attendees often tell us they wish they'd had this information in the very beginning stages of their contemplations and decision making. Children are impacted greatly by decisions their parents make throughout the processes of separating or divorcing. The information presented in this series is intended to provide parents with tools to make informed child-supportive decisions, resolve conflicts, and promote positive parent-child relationships. Some components of the curriculum include: adult anger, violence, and grief, child grief, the impact of putting children in the middle of parental conflict, parenting styles, money and legal issues, creating parenting plans and moving toward a new life. |
